A: Arroyo Vista offers a lifestyle of enriching and meaningful interactions and personal care at an affordable price. Residents and their families are able to feel secure knowing that a wide range of personal care services, including an emergency response system, are available 24-hours-a-day. Arroyo Vista is conveniently located near a hospital and rehabilitation center, adding an extra level of security.

Q:What does it cost to live at Arroyo Vista?
A: Residents pay a monthly rental fee based on the size of the apartment home and a monthly service fee for any additional amenities and assisted living services. There are VA benefits available to certain Veterans and Surviving Spouses that can help pay for assisted living.

Q: What exactly are VA benefits and do you help file for them?
A: Aid and Attendance is a special pension the VA provides Veterans and their Spouses to help cover the cost of assisted living. It can pay anywhere from $1057 to $2540 per month. There are specific requirements and we would be happy to help you find out whether someone is well qualified for this benefit. We do offer assistance in filing for this benefit.

Q: Are there common areas and rooms available for residents and their guests?
A: Our senior living community offers an abundance of common areas for friends and families to meet. A full-service restaurant is available in addition to cozy parlors.

Q: Are meals included?
A: Residents and guests may enjoy meals at Arroyo Vista each day. The restaurant is open daily. Our trained culinary staff have developed an extensive menu offering many mouth-watering entrée selections and homemade desserts.

Q: Is transportation available or do residents need a car?
A: Arroyo Vista offers scheduled transportation to doctor’s appointments, shopping, and other area conveniences.

Q: What activities and services are available?
A: Arroyo Vista provides an extensive, well-planned, dignified schedule of social, educational and recreational programs designed to appeal to residents with varied interests. Events and services are offered daily. A unique Dream Manager program is offered to encourage volunteerism and enhance vitality.
